The Event | 10 things | Leftover lunch ------- An open invitation to the Leftover Lunch The Beer Fest is great fun and after all the drink, dancing eating and laughing we have to clear up .. Sunday morning is a bit of graft but a great way to get to know new people as there is nothing quite like getting your hands dirty and then sharing a bit of food and a drink and looking on with satisfaction at a job well done. We need all the help we can get – please try and come along. We set ourselves a target of 12.30 to finish clearing up – and our promise is ... if we don’t have any food left over from the festival to eat up … we will cajole our wonderful Catering Team to provide the best (and to be recommended) hangover and fatigue cure of freshly gilled bacon sandwiches – some folk might even get two… along with mugs of tea and coffee… ah .. so why not come and enjoy it with us? This is your invitation to the Leftover Lunch Just come along on Sunday morning (17th) from 9:30am (or earlier if you just cannot sleep) and give us a hand to clear up and then finish off the Beer Fest with a new bunch of mates.
